Understanding your customer
During the first part of the program, the start-ups will focus strongly on customer development and kick-off their pilot projects with their corporate partners. The first group and 1:1 coaching sessions will focus on the dos and don’ts of scaling their business and dive into Key Account Management, Pricing, Growth Hacking, and more. Teams will also start their pitch training and get introduced to the TechFounders ecosystem incl. program mentors and alumni.
